Cose che devi sapere
Politica sui resi se acquistato direttamente da RimpactMTB.com
La nostra polizza dura 30 giorni. Se sono trascorsi 30 giorni dal tuo acquisto, sfortunatamente non possiamo offrirti un rimborso o uno scambio, ma ti preghiamo di contattarci in ogni caso per discutere.
Per poter beneficiare di un reso, il tuo articolo deve essere inutilizzato e nelle stesse condizioni in cui lo hai ricevuto. Deve essere anche nella confezione originale. Per completare il tuo reso, abbiamo bisogno di una ricevuta o una prova d'acquisto. Si prega di non rispedire l'acquisto prima di aver contattato il nostro servizio clienti per un numero di riferimento. La nostra email è customerservice@rimpactmtb.com.
Ci sono alcune situazioni in cui vengono concessi solo rimborsi parziali: (se applicabile)

* Qualsiasi articolo restituito dopo più di 30 giorni dalla consegna
Rimborsi se acquistato tramite RimpactMTB.com (se applicabile)
Una volta ricevuto e controllato il tuo reso, ti invieremo un'e-mail per informarti che abbiamo ricevuto l'articolo restituito. Ti informeremo anche dell'approvazione o del rifiuto del tuo rimborso.
Se sei approvato, il rimborso verrà elaborato e un credito verrà automaticamente applicato sulla tua carta di credito o sul metodo di pagamento originale, entro 7-10 giorni lavorativi.
Rimborsi in ritardo o mancati:
Se non hai ancora ricevuto un rimborso, controlla di nuovo il tuo conto bancario.
Quindi contatta la società che ha emesso la carta di credito, potrebbe volerci del tempo prima che il rimborso venga ufficialmente pubblicato.
Quindi contatta la tua banca. Spesso c'è del tempo di elaborazione prima che venga pubblicato un rimborso.

Scambi :
Sostituiamo gli articoli solo se difettosi o danneggiati. Se hai bisogno di cambiarlo con lo stesso articolo, inviaci un'e-mail a customerservice@rimpactmtb.com.
Spedizione :
Per restituire il prodotto, contatta customerservice@rimpactmtb.com per un riferimento di reso e un indirizzo di spedizione.
Sarai responsabile del pagamento delle tue spese di spedizione per la restituzione del tuo articolo. Le spese di spedizione non sono rimborsabili. Se ricevi un rimborso, il costo della spedizione di ritorno verrà detratto dal rimborso. A seconda di dove vivi, il tempo necessario affinché il prodotto sostituito ti raggiunga può variare. Se stai spedendo un articolo superiore a £ 75, dovresti prendere in considerazione l'utilizzo di un servizio di spedizione tracciabile o l'acquisto di un'assicurazione sulla spedizione.
